Generally the heater doesn't start to get warm until I've driven about half an hour. Which doesn't help the demisting problem. And the reason the A/C is set to 22 is to try and keep condensation down and clear the screen within half an hour. Sadly it's not working.
Finally upgraded to 5.43 last night. The firmware upgrade was successful. But the same issue still occurs where the touch screen is very slow to respond or will not respond when i touch any buttons. Sometimes the screen works ok when car is first powered on but then doesnt respo
Car: Citroen C4. Year: 2016. Variant: cactus. Problem Categories. Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights. the screen has started to turn off and on again about every 5 minutes. Day and night, different speeds, different distances, happens all the time. Ive reset the electrics but this has not fixed it. justin.
47 posts · Joined 2015. #1 · May 10, 2016. Not sure if others have seen this, but I'm on the verge of taking my Cactus in to try and persuade the dealer to replace the touch screen. Of late with the warmer weather it seems to have become even flakier than usual. I press in one place and a button is activated several inches away or just ignored.
While the car is off, hold the power and the eject button. Press your CD player's power and eject buttons down at the same time, holding them for about ten seconds. If your stereo has a "force eject" feature, it should spit out the CD. 3. If this doesn't work, start the car and try again.
