My setup is a Sony KD-65A8H OLED running Kodi 19.2.0 App and a QNAP TS-453B running Kodi 19.2.0 from QNAPclub. Both are connected to an Onkyo TX-NR686 with 7.1 Dolby Atmos. The Onkyo doesn't support eARC so lossless audio formats cannot be played via the TV App but 4K 10bit HDR plays fine using supported lossy audio formats even with Atmos.

Well, first of all there's no such thing as an Apple TV 4K (2019 version). There's a 2017 version and a 2021 version. Second, Monoprice HDMI 2.1 cables are great.
